Yes. If you subscribed through www.sleepiest.com, your Sleepiest+ subscription can be used in the Sleepiest app on Apple or Android devices.
To access your subscription in the app, you’ll need to log in using the same email address and password combination you used when signing up on the website.
📱 How to Access Your Web Subscription in the App
Download or open the Sleepiest app on your Apple or Android device
Tap Log In
Enter the same email address you used to subscribe through www.sleepiest.com
Enter the same password you used when signing up
Once logged in, your Sleepiest+ access should appear in the app
⚠️ Important: Please Don’t Use Apple or Facebook Login
If you subscribed through www.sleepiest.com using an email address and password, you’ll need to log in with that same email and password in the app.
If you log in using Continue with Apple or Continue with Facebook, your web subscription may not transfer across, as this can create or access a different account.
🔐 What If I Forgot My Password?
If you can’t remember your password, please use the Forgot Password option on the login screen and reset it using the email address you used to subscribe through www.sleepiest.com.
Once your password has been reset, return to the Sleepiest app and log in using your email address and new password.
