Thank you for being part of the Sleepiest community. We’re sorry to hear you’ve been charged unexpectedly, especially if you thought your subscription had already been cancelled.
There are a few different ways you may have subscribed to Sleepiest, so the cancellation and billing details can vary depending on how you originally signed up.
💳 Why Am I Still Being Charged?
Sleepiest subscriptions can be managed through different platforms, including:
Apple App Store
Google Play
Podcast subscriptions
If you cancelled in one place, it’s possible that your active subscription is managed somewhere else. For example, a subscription made through Apple won’t appear on sleepiest.com, and a subscription made through our website won’t appear in your Apple subscriptions.
Podcast subscriptions may also appear on your statement as Sleepiest.
🛠️ If You Subscribed Through Apple (iOS)
If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, your subscription is managed by Apple.
You can check your Apple subscriptions by opening your Apple ID subscription settings and looking for Sleepiest.
Please note that we’re unable to cancel Apple subscriptions directly on your behalf, as Apple manages the billing and subscription details.
📱 If You Subscribed on Android (via Google Play)
If you subscribed through Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google.
You can check this in the Google Play Store under:
Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Look for Sleepiest in your active subscriptions.
🌐 If You Subscribed via Our Website (www.sleepiest.com)
If you subscribed directly through our website, your subscription is managed through your Sleepiest web account.
You can log in at www.sleepiest.com and check your subscription settings there.
🎙️ If You Subscribed to a Sleepiest Podcast
We also offer podcast subscriptions, which may appear on your bank statement as Sleepiest.
If you don’t see an active app subscription through Apple, Google Play, or www.sleepiest.com, the charge may be linked to a podcast subscription.
