Thank you for being part of the Sleepiest community via our podcasts! We understand it can be confusing if you have a Sleepiest podcast subscription and would also like access to Sleepiest+ in the App.
Podcast subscriptions and Sleepiest App subscriptions are separate products, so they cannot currently be transferred between platforms.
🎙️ Why Isn’t My Podcast Subscription Transferable to the Sleepiest App?
Sleepiest podcast subscriptions are managed separately from Sleepiest+ app subscriptions.
This means that if you subscribe to one of our podcasts, your subscription gives you access to the premium podcast content available through that podcast platform (such as Apple Podcasts or Spotify). It does not automatically unlock Sleepiest+ in the Sleepiest app.
Likewise, a Sleepiest+ app subscription does not automatically transfer to a podcast subscription.
📱 What Does a Sleepiest+ App Subscription Include?
A Sleepiest+ subscription in the app gives you access to our premium app library, including:
Bedtime stories
Meditations
Soundscapes
Premium ad-free versions of Sleep Magic, Sleep Wave, Koala Moon & Night Falls Podcasts
Composer sounds
Sleep tools
Ad-free listening across the app
🎧 What Does a Podcast Subscription Include?
A podcast subscription gives you access to premium ad-free content for that specific podcast through the podcast platform where you subscribed, such as Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
Podcast subscriptions are billed separately and may appear on your statement as Sleepiest Podcasts or Koala Kids Podcasts.
🔄 Can I Transfer My Subscription?
At the moment, podcast subscriptions cannot be transferred to Sleepiest+ App subscriptions.
This is because the subscriptions are managed through different platforms and billing systems.
If you’d like to use Sleepiest+ in the app, you’ll need to subscribe directly through the Sleepiest app or via www.sleepiest.com.
