Why did I lose my Sleepiest streak and can it be restored?

This article explains why streaks may reset, how streak freezes work, and what to do if you need help restoring your streak.


🔥 Why Did I Lose My Streak?

Your Sleepiest streak may be lost if:

  1. You don’t engage with the app for 24 hours

  2. You don’t have any streak freezes available

  3. Your app activity wasn’t recorded correctly

  4. You were logged out or using a different account

If you have a streak freeze available, it may be used automatically to protect your streak. However, if no streak freezes are available and you don’t engage with the app for 24 hours, your streak may reset.


🧊 What Is a Streak Freeze?

A streak freeze helps protect your streak if you miss a day.

If you don’t engage with Sleepiest for 24 hours, an available streak freeze may be used to stop your streak from resetting.

If you don’t have any streak freezes available, your streak may be lost.


🔁 Can My Streak Be Restored?

In many cases, our support team may be able to help restore your streak.

Please contact us with the email address you used to create your Sleepiest account, and we’ll take a look for you.

If you created your Sleepiest account using Apple Login, we may not be able to access your account or restore your streak using your usual email. This is because Apple uses a "private relay email address" to protect your privacy.

However, you can find the email address associated with your account by following these steps:

  1. Open Sleepiest > select the "3 dots" on the bottom tab bar

  2. Select "Settings" > select "Account Settings"

  3. Select "Change Account Details" > this will show the email address associated with the account.
