Thank you for being part of the Sleepiest community. If you’d like to turn off notifications or change which messages you receive from Sleepiest, you can update your notification preferences in the app.
🔔 How to Turn Off or Change Notification Preferences
To update your notification preferences:
Open the Sleepiest app
Tap the three dots “...” in the bottom-right corner of the menu
Tap Settings
Tap Profile Settings
Scroll down and tap Communication Preferences
Toggle off any notifications you don’t want to receive
Tap Save
📱 Still Receiving Notifications?
If you’ve updated your preferences in the Sleepiest app but are still receiving notifications, you may also need to check your device notification settings.
On your device, go to your notification settings and make sure Sleepiest notifications are turned off or adjusted there too.
