If you’d like to change the language in the Sleepiest app, please follow the steps below.

🌎 How to Change Your Language in the Sleepiest App

Please note that these steps are for the latest version of the Sleepiest app.

1. Open the Sleepiest app

2. Tap the three dots “...” on the bottom menu

3. Tap Settings

4. Tap Language Options

5. Select the language you would like to use

🎧 Which Languages Are Sleepiest Stories and Meditations Available In?

Our stories and meditations are currently recorded in:

1. English

2. Brazilian Portuguese

If you select another language from the list, the app interface and descriptions may be translated into your chosen language, but the audio content will still play in English or Portuguese.
