How can I get a refund for my subscription?

How to request a refund from Apple, Google Play or direct from Sleepiest.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had a billing issue. If you’re looking to request a refund, the steps will vary depending on how you originally signed up. Please follow the instructions below based on your subscription method:

📱 If You Subscribed on Android (via Google Play)

If you subscribed through Google Play, you can request a refund directly through Google using their official refund process:

  1. Go to Google Play’s refund request page

  2. Sign in with the Google account used for your purchase

  3. Find your Sleepiest subscription or purchase

  4. Follow the steps to request a refund

If you’d prefer us to look into this for you, please contact us with your Google Play Order ID.

Your Google Play Order ID usually starts with GPA and can be found in your purchase confirmation email, or in Google Payments under Subscriptions & services.


🛠️ If You Subscribed Through Apple (iOS)

Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow third parties, including us, to manage refunds on your behalf. This means we don’t have access to your payment details or the ability to issue a refund directly.

To request a refund, please follow Apple’s official refund process:

  1. Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page

  2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for your purchase

  3. Find your Sleepiest subscription or purchase

  4. Select Request a refund

  5. Follow the steps provided by Apple

You can request a refund from Apple here.

Note: If your subscription was made through www.sleepiest.com, it will not appear in your Apple account.


🌐 If You Subscribed via Our Website (www.sleepiest.com)

If you subscribed through our website and haven’t used the service yet, we may be able to help.

Please contact us with:

  1. The email address you used to sign up

  2. A copy of your receipt, if available
